Thinking deeply about simple things.

I am a fourth-year math Ph.D. student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As a member of the Logic Group, I work in computable model theory with Uri Andrews. My research interests include effective analysis of Vaught’s Conjecture, degree spectrum of structures, models of arithmetic, and effective descriptive set theory.

In my spare time, I like going on a bike ride (assuming not everything is frozen). Music composition is also something I enjoy, and I recently started attending some (nearby) concerts/recitals. I also play chess as a hobby, although I’m currently so bad at it that I will not disclose my elo here. And I enjoy learning about transit networks as well (you can find a few bus maps in my office).

My contact information is listed at the bottom of this page.
